This Privacy Policy describes our privacy practices with respect to information we collect about our customers and visitors who (1) use, browse, shop at any of the M.A.D. PARTNERS INC Technologies Website, (referred to as “our Site”) to make purchases or obtain free downloads and (2) register to use our Site. If the privacy practices described in this Privacy Policy conflict or create a discrepancy with the terms of a private contractual agreement you have with M.A.D. PARTNERS INC, such as the End User License Agreement, the private contractual terms will control.

As a security software producer, M.A.D. PARTNERS INC knows that you care about how your information is used and shared. We respect your right to privacy. Your ability to make informed choices about the use of your information is important to us. We want to make sure that you understand the type of information we collect about you, how it is used and the safeguards we use to protect it. This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use, disclosure and protection of personal information you share with us as a subscriber of M.A.D.’s Mobile Active Defense smartphone security application.

What Information Does M.A.D. PARTNERS INC Collect?

Here is a short overview of the two main types of interactions in which M.A.D. may collect information:

Information You Give Us.

We collect the personally identifiable information you provide to us on our Site or on your smartphone during the Mobile Active Defense registration process, including your name, address and email address.

  • Create a user account, register a product (information we collect is necessary to complete the transaction and so that we can keep you informed about M.A.D. PARTNERS’ products and services, such as your name, last name, e-mail address, and country).
  • Requesting product support or other services (information we collect is necessary to, provide support and to respond to queries such as your name and address and information about your computer/Smartphone hardware, software (including your License Number), and the nature of the problem you are experiencing).

You have the final decision on whether to proceed with any activity that requests personal information. However, if you do not wish to provide information needed for a transaction, you may not be able to complete it.

The information collected and stored automatically by our Site is used to measure the number of visitors to various sections of our Site and to identify system performance or for server issues. We also use this information to help us expand the coverage of our Site and to make our Site more useful. This information is not linked by us to personally identifiable information and we do not disclose this in a form that personally identifies you. How Do We Use the Information We Collect?

Children

We encourage parents to take an active interest in their children’s use of the Internet. Our Site is not targeted to children younger than 13 years of age. M.A.D. PARTNERS INC does not knowingly collect or store information of children younger than 13. Language

This Privacy Policy was originally prepared in the English language. Although M.A.D. PARTNERS INC may provide one or more translations for your convenience, the English version will control in the case of any conflict or discrepancy.
